We represent multiple Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement (Medigap), and Medicare Part D Prescription Drug Plan carriers. We are not agents of the federal government and are not affiliated with the Medicare program administered by CMS.
Our services are provided at no direct cost to you. We are compensated by insurance carriers when you enroll in a plan through our agency. This compensation does not affect the cost of your plan — premiums are set by the carrier and regulated by CMS.
Plan Availability and Accuracy
Medicare plan availability, premiums, benefits, formularies, and provider networks vary by county and change annually. Information presented on this website and in our consultations reflects our best understanding of current plan offerings and is subject to change without notice.
We strongly encourage all Medicare beneficiaries to review the Annual Notice of Change (ANOC) and Evidence of Coverage (EOC) documents provided by their plan each year. These documents contain the official, binding terms of your coverage.

Enrollment Period Compliance

CMS Marketing Guidelines Compliance
Integrity Health Solutions, LLC complies with all CMS Medicare marketing guidelines. We do not:
- Conduct unsolicited door-to-door sales visits;
- Market non-health related products during Medicare sales appointments;
- Offer gifts or payments to induce enrollment;
- Claim that a plan is "approved" by Medicare or the government;
- Use the Medicare name, logo, or card in a misleading manner.
Scope of Appointment
In accordance with CMS regulations, we are required to document the scope of any Medicare sales appointment before it occurs. We will only discuss the plan types you have agreed to discuss. You have the right to end any appointment at any time.
