SMS Consent & Text Messaging Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

This SMS Consent Policy describes how Integrity Health Solutions, LLC ("we," "our," or "us") sends text messages to individuals who have provided their mobile phone number and consented to receive SMS communications from us. This policy complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the A2P 10DLC messaging standards, and applicable carrier requirements.

1. Types of Messages We Send

By opting in to our SMS program, you may receive the following types of text messages:

  • Appointment reminders — Reminders for scheduled consultations and follow-up appointments;
  • Enrollment period alerts — Notifications about upcoming Medicare and ACA enrollment deadlines;
  • Plan information — Updates about plan changes, annual notices, and benefit adjustments;
  • Service updates — Responses to your inquiries and follow-up communications;
  • Educational content — General health insurance tips and guidance relevant to your coverage situation.

2. How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from us by:

  • Providing your mobile phone number on our contact form and checking the SMS consent checkbox;
  • Texting a keyword to our business number as indicated on our website or marketing materials;
  • Verbally consenting during a phone or in-person consultation, confirmed in writing.

By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided and that you consent to receive text messages at that number.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your enrollment status, upcoming deadlines, and your interactions with our agency. You may receive up to 4–8 messages per month during active enrollment periods. Outside of enrollment periods, message frequency is typically lower.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier rates for SMS messages will apply based on your mobile carrier plan. We do not charge any additional fees for our text messaging program.

5. How to Opt Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from us at any time by:

  • Replying STOP to any text message you receive from us;
  • Contacting us directly by phone at (727) 348-0589;
  • Emailing us at [email protected] with "SMS Opt-Out" in the subject line.

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You will not receive further SMS messages unless you re-opt-in. Opting out of SMS does not affect your ability to receive services from our agency.
